At Flatspot, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused sports equipment and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until we confirm your refund has been processed.
