Featuring custom graphics and textural hairy uppers, these monochrome Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Medicom Toddler Shoes have been designed in collaboration with Medicom Toy Incorporated, the designers of the famous BE@RBRICK figure which is sold across the globe in a variety of print designs. Providing comfort in every step and a characteristic look, the hairy black leather selected for the uppers is reminiscent of a bear and continues across the perforated toe vamp and across the wide borders that help to strengthen the side panels and heel. Two sets of laces arrive with each style for a custom look and the tongue is lightly padded with a black woven label above showing an ‘@’ symbol against an illustration of a bear's head. On either side of the foot elongated Swoosh ticks cut from the same hairy fabric have been added in addition to an additional ‘@’ symbol which can be seen again on the outer side of the heel in white. The tip of the ankle collar features an off-white hairy cow leather insert with subtle embroidered ‘NIKE’ lettering and throughout the inside of the shoe a soft fabric lining has been added, alongside a padded sockliner that has been customized with a monochrome Medicom Toy print design and collaborative Nike SB x BE@RBRICK logo. Providing cushioning in every step the white foam midsole sits above the tread and has a grip-focused circular tread pattern.

Favoured by streetwear fans and collectors of limited edition figurines, the archive of BE@RBRICK designs includes high grade collaborations with brands such as Nike, Supreme, Hello Kitty and BAPE. Based in Japan, the figure was created by Medicom Toy Incorporated who are responsible for a selection of iconic toys that have gained a similar international following for their playful and often experimental aesthetics. Following on from their last collaboration with Nike SB in 2018 which saw a futuristic Nike SB x Medicom Dunk High Elite QS release, this edition taps into the BE@RBRICK bear mascot with a textural hairy fabric.
